Services are performed according to the scope, schedule, and milestones defined in the Agreement. We apply professional standards and reasonable operational care when delivering services.

Completion timelines depend on timely cooperation and provision of information by the client.

Proposals and Scope Validity

Service proposals remain valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated. After that period, they may be revised.

Work that falls outside the agreed scope requires written confirmation before it begins.

Fees and Financial Terms

Unless otherwise specified:

• Third-party costs are billed separately
• Approved expenses may be invoiced at cost
• Clients are responsible for applicable taxes

Payment Conditions

Invoices must be paid within five (5) days unless another schedule has been agreed. Billing may follow milestone or project-based arrangements.

Delayed payment may affect service timelines.

Scope Changes

All change requests must be submitted in writing.

Minor adjustments that do not significantly affect delivery schedule or cost may be accommodated without formal contract revision. Major changes require a new or updated Agreement.

Revised proposals should be accepted within fourteen (14) working days.

Delays and Schedule Adjustments

If delays occur due to missing client input, approvals, or materials, project timelines will be extended accordingly.

Delays caused by events beyond reasonable operational control may also result in adjusted timelines without constituting breach.

Review and Acceptance Process

Deliverables undergo internal verification before submission.

Clients have seven (7) working days to review deliverables and request revisions within scope. If no feedback is received, the deliverables may be considered accepted.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and lawful information
• Ensure supplied materials do not infringe third-party rights
• Provide timely responses and approvals
• Review deliverables for accuracy

Unless otherwise agreed, final approval responsibility remains with the client.

Attribution and Portfolio Reference

findreactdevelopers.com may reference completed work in its portfolio or internal documentation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidential Information

Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during the engagement.

This obligation does not apply to publicly available information or information lawfully obtained elsewhere.

Independent Contractor Relationship

findreactdevelopers.com operates as an independent service provider. Nothing in these Terms creates employment, partnership, or joint ownership.

Subcontractors may be used where appropriate while maintaining responsibility for service delivery.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, services are provided without guarantees beyond those explicitly agreed. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.

Ownership and Usage Rights

After full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the final deliverables.

All internal tools, frameworks, and development methodologies remain the property of findreactdevelopers.com unless transferred in writing.

Support and Maintenance

Ongoing support is provided only if separately agreed. Additional services may be billed independently. Any warranty may not apply if deliverables are modified without authorization.

Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. The version published on findreactdevelopers.com at the time of use applies. Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of any updates.
